The Pand - Charming Boutique Hotel

We stayed just before Christmas and the hotel was decorated beautifully and felt very festive. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Brugges. We couldn't fault the staff, they were all lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was beautiful with 360 degree view of Brugges. We loved the little touches such as leaving the weather forecast for the next day in a bag with chocolates on our door handle for us to find in the morning. We were also given some Christmas chocolates on the eve before our departure to thank us for our stay. The breakfast was delicious and we loved having eggs cooked in front of us on an a aga. Accompanied with fresh fruit, homemade breads, pastries, meat and cheese and a glass of champagne, it was definitely worth the money. Overall we had a fabulous stay and will definitely stay here again if we are in Brugges.

Excellent location and extremely courteous staff, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed during December and the hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations. In the evening the fireplace and candles were lit making it a joy to return to in the evening. Chocolates were left in the room and on the evening before we left we were presented with a personalised Christmas card and a small gift. The breakfast was beautifully presented and you had plenty of choice it was a mix of help yourself for continental items and ordering for cooked items with a glass of Prosecco! We will definitely be returning.

The best choice we could make for our stay in Bruges. Welcoming and attentive staff, delicious breakfast, cosy room and nice atmosphere.

All of the Staff were extremely friendly, helpful & informative, especially Raphael who would offer extra help to assist further! The Breakfast was fabulous, a very personal approach to start the day, with eggs cooked exactly as you preferred them, and served in a beautiful room! The location was perfect! The Bedroom was immaculate & very clean, and the room I stayed in was very quiet!

It’s so beautiful. We stayed in a standard room & it was so pretty with a gorgeous view over roofs & of the bell tower. We were gently awoken by the church bells every morning, except on Wednesday we were woken up by the smell of bread being baked - delightful! The staff were all so lovely, so helpful & accommodating. It’s perfect if you’re celebrating a birthday or special occasion like we were. We’ll definitely be back! The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance.
